Following our inspection on 14 October 2026, we received a disappointing rating of 1. Whilst we believe we have a stringent food safety management system in place, we recognise that, at the time, some of our procedures, documentation and records did not meet the specific requirements of the Food Safety Officer — particularly our 'speciality' menu products, new equipment and documentation. These issues were immediately rectified We have since undertaken refresher training with our kitchen and food handling staff in all aspects of food safety. We have also reviewed our food safety management and recording procedures. Furthermore, we have commissioned an independent auditor to verify our improvements. We pride ourselves in the high quality and variety of our food and drinks offerings along with our equally high level of hospitality service to our customers and look forward to our requested re-rating inspection in due course.
