Crowne Plaza Kings Cross

We have implemented a comprehensive corrective action programme.  All issues identified have been promptly addressed and rectified. This included disposing of and replacing electrical equipment, replacing affected flooring, undertaking a full deep clean of affected areas, implementing specialist treatment programmes, conducting extensive staff retraining, and reviewing our food safety management systems, policies, and procedures.  We have strengthened our safety procedures, enhanced monitoring and record-keeping processes, and introduced additional management controls to help ensure standards are maintained. Food safety and guest wellbeing remain our highest priorities.  We remain committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for all guests, visitors, and team members.
