What the business says

Since the inspection the necessary paperwork has been completed, and the diary is kept up to date. There was a misunderstanding regarding the inspection - I was expecting it to be advisory, I was not trading to the wider public only family and friends until I had the information from the inspector needed to ensure the best set up for the business.  I have had a kitchen inspection (in Lancashire 10+ yrs ago) and it was always a 5/5
