We were extremely disappointed with this result and took the findings very seriously. All of the issues raised during the inspection have now been addressed, and we have introduced additional checks and management oversight to ensure our food safety systems and procedures are being followed consistently. We have also requested a revisit and look forward to demonstrating the improvements that have been made.
