What the business says

After leaving another full-time job I have now come in to completely turn the place around. All of the points have either been, or are in the process of being, dealt with. The kitchen is clean, we have had talks where the staff now implement all guidance, all practices suggested have been put into place and we are in the process of buying new equipment for efficiency. We also have one night weekly where we deep clean everywhere. Some of us are also doing extra training. We are going above normal procedures to ensure maximum Health & Safety for both customer and staff
