What the business says
The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
There is now a new manager and/or new staff.
The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
The chef responsible for this site no longer works for the company. Since our inspection the site has been checked regularly by our Senior Management team, a thorough deep clean carried out to reset the kitchen space, and new chefs have been trained on the expected standards & procedures in place.
