What the business says

We take food safety at Street Croft Farm very seriously, having achieved ratings of 5 since we started trading 8 years ago. During this inspection there were non-conformances with documentation which we have addressed along with all the other points raised in the report, we now engage an external consultancy to provide monitoring and support.  Due to the extreme heat this year we had issues with our fridges not holding temperature and although we managed this situation by de-stocking and re-freshing the stock in small amounts to allow for four hour rule we did not record this action on our existing record sheets. This has now been rectified to include a coloumn to record actions taken.
